1. Sabuntawar Cututtuka ta Duniya na Mpox (kamar yadda aka yi a watan Maris na 2026)
Mpox, wanda kwayar cutar Monkeypox (MPXV) ke haifarwa, ya ci gaba da zama abin damuwa ga lafiyar jama'a a duniya duk da cewa Hukumar Lafiya ta Duniya ta ayyana shi a matsayin Gaggawar Kula da Lafiyar Jama'a ta Duniya (PHEIC). Ci gaba da yaɗuwa a yankuna da dama yana nuna buƙatarci gaba da sa ido da kuma ci gaba da iyawar ganewar asali.
Tun bayan barkewar cutar a duk faɗin duniya a shekarar 2022, an samu rahoton kusan mutane 128,000 da aka tabbatar da kamuwa da cutar da kuma mace-mace 281 a ƙasashe sama da 130 [1]. A shekarar 2025 kaɗai, ƙasashe 96 ne suka tabbatar da kamuwa da cutar 50,751 da kuma mace-mace 206, inda sama da kashi 90% na waɗanda suka kamu da cutar suka kamu da cutar a Afirka. 3. Rigakafi, Kulawa, da Matsayin Ganewar Cututtuka

WHO ta jaddada muhimmancin ƙarfafa ƙarfin dakin gwaje-gwaje da kuma amfani da kayan aikikayan aikin bincike masu dacewa waɗanda aka tsara don saitunan kiwon lafiya daban-daban - daga gwaji mai sauri zuwa dandamalin sa ido kan kwayoyin halitta masu tsakiya[1].
4. Gwajin Macro & Micro-Gwaji: Haɗaɗɗun Maganin Bincike da Ƙirƙirar Fasaha ke jagoranta
A kan yanayin da ilimin cututtukan pox ke ci gaba, Macro & Micro-Test ya ƙirƙiro cikakken fayil ɗin bincike mai dandamali da yawa, yana nuna ƙarfi a cikin ƙirar gwaji, injiniyan ƙwayoyin halitta, da aikace-aikacen fassara.
4.1 Gwaje-gwajen Immunochromatographic Mai Sauri: Gwajin Kulawa Mai Sauƙi
Kamfanin yana ba da ganowa cikin sauri, ba tare da kayan aiki ba cikin mintuna 10-20, yana tallafawa gwaje-gwajen da ba a rarraba su ba da kuma gwaje-gwajen manyan sikelin:

- Kayan Gano Maganin Antigen (HWTS-OT079):
- Sauƙin ɗaukar samfur (ruwa mai kurji/swab na baki, magani)
- Iyakar ganowa (LoD): 20 pg/mL
- Faɗaɗar faɗaɗɗen tsari (Class I & II)
- Babu haɗin kai tare damakamancin hakaƙwayoyin cuta
- Jimlar kashi yarjejeniya (OPA): 96.4% idan aka kwatanta da gwaje-gwajen ƙara yawan sinadarin nucleic acid (NAATs)
- Kayan Gano Maganin Kariya na IgM/IgG (HWTS-OT145):
- Sauƙin ɗaukar samfuri (jini gaba ɗaya, jini, jini)
- Yana gano IgM da IgG don yanke shawara kan matakan kamuwa da cutar pox
- Ya dace da binciken cututtukan seroepidemiological

4.3 Hasken haske qPCR: Ganowar da WHO ta amince da ita sosai

Ci gaba da yaɗuwar kwayoyin halitta na MPXV a duniya da kuma bambancin kwayoyin halitta yana buƙatar dabarun bincike masu matakai da yawa waɗanda suka haɗa da gwaje-gwajen sauri, gwajin ƙwayoyin halitta masu tabbatarwa, da kuma sa ido kan kwayoyin halitta.
Cikakken tsarin bincike na Macro & Micro-Test yana nuna ingantaccen ƙirƙira na kimiyya a fannoni daban-daban na fasaha, gami da gwaje-gwajen rigakafi, haɓaka ƙarfin isothermal, PCR na lokaci-lokaci, da kuma jerin tsararraki na gaba. Waɗannan mafita ba wai kawai suna magance buƙatun asibiti da na lafiyar jama'a na yanzu ba, har ma suna daidaita da ƙa'idodin ƙasa da ƙasa da kuma yanayin bincike mai tasowa.
Ta hanyar ba da damar ganowa cikin sauri, tantancewa daidai, da kuma sa ido kan kwayoyin halitta a ainihin lokaci, kamfanin yana taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen ƙarfafa shiri da kuma mayar da martani ga mpox da sauran cututtukan da ke tasowa a duniya.
